About us

We re a professional recruiting firm and we specialize in recruiting candidates for careers in the elevator industry. We are seeking candidates who have demonstrated experience working in an outside sales role selling products and services for construction and residential applications i.e. security systems, windows, automatic doors, and similar services.

Responsibilities

  • Introduce clients to company's products and elevator solutions.
  • Manage the client deliverables and coordinate closely with installation department on key deliverables and project milestones.
  • Develop new business and grow our overall customer base.
  • Negotiate contracts and close proposal agreements.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on sales activity and deals using the company's CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

Skills

  • Proven work experience as Business Development and B2B Sales Representative.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho, CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field desired but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year plus aggressive commission structure. Total comp can exceed $125K depending on the individual's performance.
